The TLC Semiconductor Equipment Group works directly with buyers and sellers of surplus semiconductor Manufacturing, ATE, Packaging and Assembly equipment.  In this way, we serve as a Semiconductor Equipment Locator and Distributor Liaison.  We locate equipment for buyers and we locate buyers for sellers of equipment.  To lower acquisition and sales costs, we put buyers and sellers together to negotiate directly with each other.  This service is provided for a small percentage of the gross sales amount, usually 5% - 12%.  The larger the sales amount, the lower the finder's fee.  For additional information regarding commissions, please email us and request a copy of our "TLC Commission Disclosure and Acceptance Form".
